All of the above advice about scoping out the pages works for me. I enjoy the chat but my typing skills are real poor so I have trouble keeping up. But it is a great way to get to know folks. You get fast advice and as arule it has been helpful for me! Most everyone tries to make you feel welcome.

I for one would love to see a yearly xjw publisher's report. So far I have more success in bringing more "new ones" into this anti-org org than I ever did bringing folks into the org. We rock because we are fruits . . . er um, I meant, because of our fruits! JK

I am glad this topic came up because I was just thinking about it yesterday. Because I have only been here a few weeks I couldn't tell if the many newbies coming was something that was ordinary, or if the floodgates are opening. Is this an unusual amount of people joining the board? If so it is encouraging.

There are a lot more newbies, it seems to me too.

This is a great discussion board, I think, because it's respectful, challenging, and friendly. I've made several friends here and had invaluable support.

It's also great if you're dealing with a sticky problem and you put up a thread asking for suggestions!

I just love this site. As far as finding posts; the search feature helps if the posts aren't too old. I'm blown away by how honest and forthcoming folk are here.
