Hey, just a mention about assemblies. Ever notice the huge price tag on these things mentioned during the announcements? Like they'll announce how much they have received in donations for the day and then announce that there is a deficit of $6500. Even though the assembly was held in a Kingdumb Hall and completely run by "volunteers". Where the hell does the big bill come from?

Where the hell does the big bill come from?
I think it comes from the cost of renting the facility, plus the "voluntary" donation that each convention makes to the Society. Remember, the Society runs the assemblies primary for the spiritual benefit of the listener, and not for the money!
If anyone knows where else the delegate's donations go, please let us know.
