Yup, they had a table all the time right in front of Bloomies. But not any more. I guess Bloomies don't want them no more....

I don't see it as anything new. There's a stand operated by elderly Dubs in Sydney's Town Hall Station on a regular basis - AFAIK, it's been there since way back when. There's also something similar outside the Westfield shopping centre at Mount Druitt in Sydney's outer western suburbs, operated on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - I was able to top up on all my missing WTs and Awakes while there.

I saw them in malls about 4 years ago in Sacramento.
I thought to myself: now, they can't approach people...just set up a table and lay a spread of books and stuff...and walla...they get in 2 hours!!!...all without saying a word...
