FMZ is correct. You are probably too young to remember douche bags, though I still think you can buy them. There were plain douche bags and then there were the hotwater bottles that came with attachments for douching and for um *cough* enemas. How's that for real life also being humorous?
I knew a very witty gal who used to say to her husband when he would give her a difficult time. "What you need is a good enema, Rick." It was very funny the sweet and subtle way she would say it.
