hey...don't you think if they really cared about that community they are leaving that they would donate some of the proceeds to help the community?
god no.....it makes me sick...not that they are getting so much, but the fact that they don't pay taxes, when they do no real charitable work.

I predict that the WTS will continue in it's pattern to do anything to avoid paying taxes... that $200 Million is taxable unless they roll it into another real estate investment.
