Well, many years ago, I was a lorry driver. I hauled bricks, 5000 at a time, right across the country and loaded and unloaded them all by hand.
What a hero!
Anyway, ordinary Brit lorrys weigh up to 92,000 pounds and have gutsy big engines, unlike the lawnmower engines (put put put) fitted to those abysmal Kenworths!

Isn't it the latest Volvo lorry which is supposed to be the most powerful in the world, something like 620hp but can pull up to 150 tonnes?
Got to say though aestheticly, American trucks win hands down, the only truck I've seen on our roads which looks really cool is the Scania, ruddy beauts.

the guy who owns this truck lives 15 minutes away from me =D i've seen and touched this thing. its fast fast fast. btw, american trucks are a lot bigger and more poweful than your little "lorries". detroit power..........
