Sassy you are right that is what I did the first time but the second time I uploaded it from a web site.
I'll try it again uploading for a web site:
It is a jpeg file does that make a difference

but if I click on properties over your 'red x' this is what I get:
file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Cal%20Lehman/Local%20Settings/Temporary%20Internet%20Files/Content.IE5/K1AZGLA3/smile9%5B1%5D
which shows it is trying to look at your hard drive
