Mother is understandably tired and sore after a rather long and difficult delivery
Baby is doing well considering he has a broken collarbone from his grand entry into the world.
Oh and he has a fine set of lungs that he is not scared to use.

9 lb. 10oz? Wow, he is a big baby. I'm having a boy, too. I don't know how big he is going to be before he comes out or when exactly he is going to come out. But I can tell that for last a couple of days I think he got bigger. Now I even walk differently.
