At least not w/o a warning. Be warned: http://www.cicadaville.com/ (information clearinghouse on the Cicada threat)

What should I do if a Cicada knocks on my door and pretends to be a Jehova's Witness?

This is a common occurrence. If it happens to you don't panic. Simply invite the Cicada in to hear your Amway presentation. This is generally a strong enough repellant.

I am so glad I took biology............this chart was very complicated but I memorized with the mnemonic tools I learned in school!

My understanding is they are quite tasty when roasted. You have to pick the wings off of course! Maverick

    Six,

My kids collected half of a five gallon bucket full of the critters last night!

We were thinking of using them for fish bait (the cicadas, not the kids).

Blerk! ...I prefer smooth than cruncy...Moths are much fluffier and tastier and the green gunge lets it slide down nicely, very succulent.

Little witch you are so funny. I am glad you'll use the bugs instead of the kids.

I am not a bug person and when I go fishings I use corn niblets or raw pork. It works great and I don't get any bug juice on me.

I hate bugs in all forms and for sure you'd never see me EAT one of them YUCK.

Well LW have fun fishing and leave the kids alone. hehe
