Well..................I have the best man ever. He is the only one who can make me so mad I want to kill him, and then he laughs at me and tells me how cute I am, and how he just loves my face, and goes on and on. He tells me I am the most interesting woman he's ever known. And then I melt.

He makes his own breakfast and lunch to go, in the mornings, and lets me sleep if I want to. I don't sleep in because I just can't sleep like that anymore but I don't HAVE to get up if I don't want to, at 5:30AM. He usually will agree to do whatever I want to do, and our biggest fights are in the video store over which DVD we will rent. Usually we come home with 2, one for him and one for me. He never monitors what I spend..................anymore, that is. (he used to) So we never fight over money.

He is just the best.................and he smells good too, and is very well groomed, even if he is wearing his dirty green shirt that I have to steal to wash.

Putty, you are one of the men I had in mind. You are very sweet, and whoever is in your life right now is one very lucky woman.

Never. Men shouldnt be bashed. Although a good sex spanking never hurt anyone....

They help us view life from another perspective.

    Vive le difference!

    talesin

I'll second that talesin - my feelings exactly! It's not always "comfortable" like talking to a group of women friends, but it's definitely just as INTERESTING and engaging, and definitely DIFFERENT and sometimes intriguing. And of course, there's just nothing like those strong arms and hands....nothing compares.

my man is soft and sweet and yes like Chevy said about a rub on his belly is nice and fun. I even have a big fat budda in my house and I always rub his belly. The Orientals believe if you rub his belly you have good luck. So when I rub my hubby's belly I feel like the luckiest person in the world. My man always smells delicious, he rubs his body and mine with creams that smell divine and he tenderly rubs my skin with his wonderful hands. He says things that are very funny and makes me laugh. He is so adorable when he is asleep I could kiss him all over his body.' I love it when he brings me flowers. And a little gift that he has chosen that he knows I will love. His kisses make me fly.

He does all the cooking and cleaning and also the laundry.

He puts his arms around me and I melt like puddy. I am a slave to him. He massages my sick body and runs the bathtub for me everyday and puts bubbles in the water. We love to have passionate sex and I love him so much

But alas my dear friends he is been showing more of his memory loss a little more everyday and I fear for the day when he will forget who I even am, but until that day he is mine all mine.

Without him I couldn't fly as he is the wind beneath my wings.

I love sweetie. And can I wear you old shirt to bed tonight?

    Stephanie................... thank you.

Like some other guys...I h-h-esitated clicking on this one. Your posts have always been kind tho' (the ones I've seen) so I took a chance...I am glad I did.

Many times I have said how 'ashamed' of my gender I am sometimes, when I hear what some of them have done to you all. Still...it's nice to hear some compliments for my gender, too.

Tal, what you said goes both ways about 'perspective'. I really value the peaceable, kind and empathy in the words and actions from the female gender (in general) we can compliment one another -- so fantastically.

Thanks to women or life would really be hell , with just men on earth, us guys' would have killed each other long ago.

I love the softness of a women's body and voice...

    I love their faint scent...

I love it when I hold my wife...and she says..."I feel so safe in your arms..."

I tell her I feel safe, too. Tho' I wonder if it's same thing -- the same ...safe?

I love a women's ability to calm a man down gently, with her voice, tone, her eyes...a gentle touch that isn't threatening to his manlyness.

    Thank God we are different...

Me too. Thank you. As men, that's all we often hear. Even from our gf's, spouses, etc. Joking, but all we hear in reference to our gender, is that we're stupid, can't f**k, no good, don't know shit about parenting etc. Thank you. I seriously needed that. Seriously.

I can't really put it into words, I always just want to hug them. I was completely boy-crazy when I was a girl and I don't think I ever got over it.
