I tend to LOL, but only because everyone else does (still a sheep, I guess). I'd prefer to hee-hee-hee, which is sort of how I really laugh. But it looks even sillier on the page than it sounds in real life.
I usually go from one extreme to the other. I either LIQ, or PIMPL.
