I went to a gator park in Florida and it was really cool to watch them feed the gators with whole raw chickens. They would use their tails to push off the bottom and leap up and pull the meat off the hooks.....really cool!

When a female gator is looking for a suitable mate she climbs on top of the male gator and if she doesn't push him under the water, he's suitable....
That's how I picked my hubbie....hehehehe.
