How about telling us a little more about:
I just found out about this site a few days ago and posted.
...and how it happens that you're seemingly surrounded by JW college grads...an extremely unusual situation, in my experience. Just a question or two, from a curious mind. Craig
Well I live in Houston. You can't just get a job at the local Wal-Mart and expect to survive. You really need a degree or two to support yourself and possible family in the future. I am used to a standard of living that my parents have provided for me and we have always been taught to progress not reqress when it come to earning a living and taking care of your business whether at school or at the meetings.
I am a cool guy I just wanted to check the website out. There are a lot of interesting and cool people on here.

Tis true...don't blame you for wanting to hang with us

Eh, the truth always hurts Xena. But I can't see anything on you that would be hurtful to the eyes.
So really Hov, for being someone so new, you need to get some better pickup lines if your wanting a date so soon. I mean, there have been more than a few shady characters to lurk around here in the past...Ask some of our lovely ladies here.
Lighten up, Craig! Even if he is a troll, at least he's kinder and more polite than the usual "you'll all perish at Armageddon and I'll dance on your carrion-fowl-stripped, bleached bones!" type.
If he suddenly starts the old chameleon switcheroo, then by all means press the button, but at the moment it looks like all that is happening here is a little harmless, frivolous fun.
YH, no offense intended, eh?
Perhaps a bit of explanation from me is also warranted: This is the first db I joined, just under 2 years ago. Being the trusting and, admittedly somewhat naive, fellow that I am, I assumed that everyone who posted, especially on what I perceived as a "serious" db, was genuine. It didn't take too long for that myth to be dispelled, though easily 99% of those who post here are genuine.
And one of the things that has typically proven to be a red flag is when a new poster comes right out of the gate and starts a thread about "sexual" things. Maybe it's just my own conservatism showing, but that kind of thing does raise my eyebrows a bit.
Anyway, I hope this helps explain where I was coming from.
And now I'll take Steph's good advice, and lighten up.
Sincerely, Craig

Well observed, and a good point. I guess the true test is, as you say, whether or not the messages get "deeper", or at least broader...
And now I'll take Steph's good advice, and lighten up.
Thanks, man!
