When my (step) grand-daughter, says: "Grandma, guess what?"...and I say "what?", and she says "I love you soooooooo much", and hands me a wildflower she has picked.

When I see a very old couple still holding hands, looking at each other and smiling.

When I see a person with a disease or crippled, and they are smiling.

When I personally experience or hear a good story about love and compassion at it's best.

To have had my husband share my sorrow at the news of my mother's death. He quickly came to me and quietly sat beside me and held me tightly for a long time. Though my heart was breaking, it had already begun to mend.

When I see with my eyes and hear with my ears, that my own grown son is living well, doing good, and learning through his experiences in the journey of the soul.

    ...and so much more.
