With my arthtritus/gout all I need is one more year at NYC transit to be vested in my pension and then I will try to get a disability pension and collect SSI. It would come out to about 2000 dollars a month. I can live like a king in Puerto Rico with that, or stay upstate here and sell one of my cars, with no cost of commuting, tolls, gas, I could live pretty good up here.
I hate working and love getting toasted.

I think it's a great idea , I think about it all the time myself . I'm not in college though and think you will wind up regreting not finishing your education , best to get that done with . The US is not such a great place to live IMO . People around here are just too uptight and anal over such petty things . The cost of living is getting unreal .
