When people come back to us we DO NOT want old stuff to get started again. If you don't like the user then please try and stay away from them. It isn't easy sometimes, but if people are willing to come back and be cool with us then it stands they will be welcome and have the same protections the rest of you do. If you have a problem doing that then please also be aware your posts will be removed as soon as they are found.
