It's funny, I have had many requests to wait or to have the baby early. The worst is what my Dad said when I told him we were pregnant: "Well maybe you'll have the baby on your birthday!" (My birthday is Sept 4th!!!!!!) I told him if he wanted to carry the baby those extra few weeks that would be terrific. LOL
(btw...Scully could you pm me with your email, I have a few questions that only a L & D Nurse could help me with )

Ah, sounds like a Mercer rant.
On Canada Day, I go out and walk around, check out all the families and people wandering about, and I always hug a tree, because I'm just so grateful for the accident of birth that placed me here.
So, Happy to be a Canadian. I hope my country continues to do me proud. If not, then it's off to Oz, or I'll try to be a Kiwi if they'll have me.
