Read widely, read often. Develop fortitude. Be ruthless with yourself (and others) if you need to. Develop a hobby. Exercise. Have tons of mind-blowing sex with Logansrun (hot women only).
Go out and enjoy your life. Try new things often. Read, but direct experience is the best teacher.
