Congratulations, Josephus! I think the key is in here:
if you can get a witness when they are feeling bad about the "truth" then leave a little titbit for them to think on they will eventually ask to read the books themselves.
We have to trust in people's native intelligence and sense. Give them a little to chew over when they are open, and let them do the rest. This respects them as fully-functioning human beings, able to set the course for their own lives.
That means we hold back on blowing our whole wad, when WE are in the mood to talk. Just because we are ready to share, doesn't mean the rest of the world has caught up.
...in a marked contrast to how the WTBTS force-feeds it's message, disrespecting the people it claims it serves.
