Care Bears are Loving, Fun, Friendly, Warmhearted, kind, They make you feel good.
Those qualities contradict everything JW's believe in or practice-No wonder they consider them evil...

Care Bears weren't off limits where I grew up. I watched them on TV, and if I liked them enough, I could have had some Care Bear toys (as it was, I was never really into bears of any sort). I wouldn't have wanted Birthday Bear (of course, I was such an angel :p) but the Luck Bear and others wouldn't have been a problem.

I do not remember the Care Bears but I know that the Smurfs were banned big time.

If you watch the Care Bears movies you will see that do 'magic' together. They are good movies for children, I love them. But for JW's, the Magic Mirror, Dark Heart and the magic makes them unviewable. Stupid.
