in: Gateaux Nantais (don't know where to buy it any longer, it is an almond-paste glazed tart, wet with rum (as much as it can hold). (and other ingredients of course)
and in RUMBONEN which are chocolate "beans" rum-filled bonbons. ( I like the last better then is healthy for me)
and when it is cold in my tea with a spoon of sugar....(but only when I don't have to work)

I used to like rum....till I made the mistake of eating cheese before imbibing one night and woke up next morning with a monstrous, worshiping the toilet bowl god hangover! Doc told me belatedly that one must NEVER eat cheese in conjunction with rum....one of those lil ol' metabolism faux pas we humans sometimes make....
However.....I DO make and love that Bacardi Rum Cake.

Last time I was in Germany, They served Lumumba with dark rum. It was even better tasting.
"Lumumba
A hot drink with cocoa and cognac or brandy.
40-60 ml cognac or brandy
hot chocolate
top with whipped cream
Build in a coffee glass or sturdy wine glass.
Decorate with grated chocolate.

Yummy yummy for the tummy, I love rum. I buy "Havana Rum", it is so sinfully smooth. And yes indeed my favourite drink with rum is that great drink.

Yep love the stuff. Bacardi and Coke my fave. I'm a simple girl.
