I'm cooking a leg of lamb for tea tonight. Yum. I just love roast lamb and the smell it creates through the house while it's cooking.
We don't eat much, just me and two little kids, and there will be heaps of left overs so who's coming to help us eat it all?
I will! Nina has a great recipe for roast lamb (lots of garlic). What sort of veggies do you serve? She's done new potatoes, green beans and Yorkshire pudding before and it's wonderful.
How about a nice bottle of shiraz?

I do crunchy roast potato, sweet potato, carrots in honey, peas and corn, lots or gravy made from the juices from the pan. Never made yorshire puddings, tell nina to bring the recipe.
Shiraz sound great.
Beer does too.
