Good-Bye (Good-Riddance?)

  This is my 999 post. I've been fairly active on this board for the last month trying to get to 1,000.

  This has not been an easy task for me. My posts aren't just brief comments. I know some of you can do a 1000 posts in a month. Heck some posts are just emoticons. I'm not trying to criticize short posts after all they are the thing that keeps this forum going and they are like a glue that holds this thing together.

  I am reserving my 1000 post for a comment on a really significant event - the start of the Great Tribulation. I may never make the 1000th post. In that case this IS good-bye. But then again that 1000th post if I ever make it will also probably be good-bye.

  so what you are saying, is that that was your 999th post, and that you may or may not make post 1000 and that you may or may not, but probablhy won't, make a 1001st post.

  Goodbye notes seem to imply a person will be back after a hiatus (or no hiatus at all)

  I know exactly what you mean- I'm saving my 2137th post for the great tribulation kick off party.

  (Ah, but in a tricky twist I'm never going to make my 2137th post, only my 2136th post- thereby delaying the great tribulation! Brilliant, huh? I'll be preventing the eager Jehovah's Witness over-molestion of newly tame lions by preventing the whole Tribby process! I'll save the whole world... all by not posting! I'm a hero! Well, heroine.
