If it was up north in Canada I would say they started an inukchuk?....
but it sure isn't made like any that I have ever seen. They don't make them with cement and the shape is all wrong. I have never seen any the Inuit built that look like this. ...

I think it's proof that he can't build a stone pillar or a stone barbecue, or a stone fence, or whatever it is he set out to do and then gave up on.
