I learned quite a bit from my Commodore 64 hacking days. I learned how to prevent other people from hacking MY programs!

LOL! No, but I had hacked a computer program that I bought at Zellers. It was an educaional piece of software written in BASIC. This company had found a way to prevent people from looking at the program listing (a copyright program line in BASIC). Unfortunately, they didn't do a very good job with it. I took this program line and improved it. I had a buddy who was always trying to hack my programs, so I used the copyright line whenever I finished programming a new piece of software. Also, I had borrowed one of his floppies, wrote a nice little trojan, and modified the copyright line to hide it in one of his programs. The Trojan would write garbage files to his floppy and make it damn near impossible to see the directory. Of course, I wrote a program to reverse it as well.

Woah... be careful buddy! I recall a time last year when some people were temporarily deleted from this board by joking in chat about hacking it! LOL
As far as hacking games go, I went through most of this one a long time ago:
There's another one I played and it was more hardcore... I can't remember it right now though. It was probably 4 years ago.

Oops...I just realized that they discontinued that Zebulun game. Oh well.
