Amy Elizabeth was born on August 6 at 3:21 pm weighing in at 7 lbs and 12 oz in Niagara Falls, Ontario (I knew she was gonna be a canucker 
) She was a quick and fast delivery (5 and a half hours)
Amy had low blood sugar at birth so her blood was tested every few hours and Saturday after one of the nurses came in to check her blood, we noticed that her right arm had a twitch in it. She was put in the NICU for monitoring and it became clear that these twitches were actually seizures. She was transferred to the NICU at McMaster University hospital in Hamilton, Ontario on Sunday at 1:30 am.(only the best care for our baby girl, seeing as it's the top facility next to Sick Kids in Toronto)
