"I have decided to quit college after this quarter and begin pioneering."

"I want to do this. I want to be a good Witness, and a good person. "

Comments from others: "Hey thats great news... CONGRATULATIONS! Thats a big decision (but always a good one :). It may not always be easy, but you can do it. *great big e-hug*"

    HOLY CRAP!!!!

Hmmm. That person may be onto something.

Knocking on doors for the rest of your life vs a few years of college & getting a decent job to support yourself

Sounds like a good idea to me!!!

As long as she can get an affordable 4-door car!

as Barbie ( the doll) once said, "Math is hard" and let's go shopping".

It takes no brains or ability to pioneer. Nor does it take results. You can just parrot the stuff on the back

of the KM and avoid all that nasty studying for class.

Then, when you get to be thirty, you can wonder why you were so lazy and dumb as to avoid getting a good education

    when you had the chance.

ColdRain, your right. Well there is a saying. "Someone needs to pump the gas" or better "someone needs to wash the windows".

Yep and she will regret her dicision. It is so funny because whenever someone says "JW's do not allow college" they get corrected...the problem is, is while the society does not outright rule against it, they "encourage" other things (pioneering) and imply that a person interested in college is materialistic and spiritually weak.
