I overheard the new person say she was raised a JW but when she got raped by a church member and nothing was done about it, she stopped going. She said her parents split up and no longer go to meetings earlier. She mentioned a little about how bad it was being a JW, only being able to have JW friends, etc etc.
Jwbot, that kind of life can make people like that. It's NO excuse on her part, however, it definitely does'nt help.
Ugggg... I hate reality shows... they are nothing but spoon-fed gossip fests.
I might just mute it and enjoy the visual effects.
avishai, she was a really catty and mean person, I just have a hard time getting past that with a person no matter what their background was. I do not know her in person but if she is anywhere like what she appears to be on TV, I would have a hard time being friends with her. :(
