I think the word is a "spec" house.Speculation real estate investment.
# 1 default make damn sure you can sell it before the bank calls the loan!

That company advertises everywhere. I saw their signs in Kansas and here in Florida.
As for the avatar.. you keep changing yours around and they are often quite nice .. I'm just trying to keep up.

No doubt there are some great Salsa clubs down here, but I haven't been to any. I think that dance style looks like SO much fun! It's sexy and high energy.. like me.. lol jk. I'd love to learn it.
