Nope, that's a cover. I found it it's called "suspicion". Elvis actually did a version of it, but Terry stafford got the hit.

Arrrgh, no. Roy Orbison, and Elvis were label mates at Sun records. But htey don't sound alike IMO, Chris Isaak and Roy Orbison sound alike, though.
I love Roy Orbison. In dreams is one of my favorite songs. Used to great effect in the movie Blue Velvet.
