That would put it well after Moses' time, wouldn't it? About 400 years AFTER the time of Moses. Let's not mince about a few decades here. We are talking HUNDREDS of years after Moses.

I saw a program on tv, that mentioned that some scholars believe, that the book of Deut, was the lost book of the law that was "discovered" during the renovation of the temple.

Great post, Fark.
I am a Christian but see no need to consider the OT as anything other than Hebrew myth--not even as interesting or creative as Greek or Roman myth for that matter.
Much of the NT is suspect too.
