Which dog breed do you like? (page 2)

I have had so many ,two German Shepherds, A Golden Retriever, Beagle, Five mutts and now a Blood Hound and a Basset Hound. I like all the breeds but for intelligence the German Shepherd is in a class by itself.

I have a Mutt (Shepard/Rottweiler) who is smart (too smart sometimes), loveable, and very protective. She is the Alpha dog of the pack.

I have a Border Collie (See profile pic) who just loves to be loved. She melts my heart. Loves Kisses. She climbs up on me and gives me her face to be kissed. Then she makes those cute "mmmmm" (don't know how else to describe it) noises when I'm kissing her.

I have a Jack Russell who is the clown of the pack. He's like 5 dogs rolled into one. It never fails to make me laugh watching him run in circles chasing his tail. I will never forget one time, we bought one of those huge bones they sell at the Petsmart. This little Jack Russell grabbed it by the center and was just walking around the house with this huge bone in his mouth, head up high and so proud of himself.

And finally, I have a Westie. We just got her from the shelter. She was an abused dog. But, she must think she's died and gone to heaven. What a personality!! Another one who just loves to be loved. I never thought I would see a dog who loves to take a shower. She get's in the shower with my wife and "bites" at the water. Too funny.

Jbot- I had a Border Collie at one time- SMART !! We used to have parties and he'd always be running the outside of the group "herding" our guests !! He was one great dog !!!

Grew up with a Collie-another great dog !!
