What do I mean by manipulators?
I mean the type of person, that knows how to work people, I knew elders like that. I'm sure many know of elders like that and even sisters like that.
I knew elders that would call you on the phone, and go on and on about other elders, so as to get you on their side. Don't you think that there were Governing Body members just like that also.
