I just talked to Grace on the phone and she asked me to pass on to you all the reason for her abrupt post. She just isn't able to get on here again after she made her initial post. If there is someone on a PC who can walk her through it step by step, that would be great.(the new format is difficult for her to navigate)

She might have to change her e-mail address, which is possible on the site.
She can start one by using Microsoft live Hotmail for example, once that is done she can change the e-mail address here and use the new one.
don't lose hope Grace
Once this is accomplished, she doesn't even have to use Gravater to use a picture, you can now just use any picture on your own computer. upload that and Wallah.

Thought it was a bit strange that she obviously logged in and posted a comment ?
Perhaps she finds the new web site too confusing ?
In reality its easier to use than before just a little different !
