Okay Frannie,
Just so's you know I did put the thoughts we talked about into effect today! If we are grading ourselves I made a D - I back talked my boss. But he's gone for the rest of the week so that will help me have a better attitude! But then that misses the point huh? Okay tommorrow is another day. I really am gonna try harder..

How about this before we begin our day?
- So far today I have not been rude,mean or said a bad thing to anyone.
- I have been positive with my thoughts.
- made a conscious effort to smile.
- But in a few minutes I'm gonna be getting out of bed from then I'm gonna need some help!
