In the Arctic, there was a Catholic priest who used one such vehicle. It was a tricycle motorcycle with a truck cabin. In my town the cops use them to distribute parking tickets.

Looks like a Cushman. i've got a similar one from the '60's. Mine has a box on the back with a rollup door. Ones like mine were originally used for mail service but too many dogs were tipping them over...or something like that. I'm gonna trick mine out with an extnded fork and put some hydraulics on it so I can take it to the low-rider events. Oh yeah, there's a great scene in one of the Pink Panther movies where Clouseau is driving one/
