CZAR, the UN is no different than a child that is learning to walk. If we judged the child by it's first hundred trys, we'd have to say it will never walk. Personally, having studied political science, I was of a mind that the structure of the UN was not going to work, and I think it will have to evolve a great deal before it will function with justice and effectiveness. Whether it is the UN or some sequel, ultimately we will have to evolve to a body of international law that all countries subscribe to and defend. We really don't have a viable option.
