Stephanie, I found this . . . (read the definition below). I think it's some kind of breakfast dish, like an egg and sausage type of baked caserole. We learn something new every day.

Yeah - you're kind of right, although it is a main dish, definately not for breakfast and also not really a casserole as it is more like a "pudding". It's like yorkshire pudding with sausgaes in. Also, I have them with sausages all chucked in, rather than in a straight line like that picture.
