Is the evacuation mandatory? If not, it should be. I remember seeing pictures of the devastation the last time.

Too late.....................I was heading out the door with my jam, and heard that she blew again, this morning.
There is a mandatory evacuation, (5 mile radius) but people can get close enough to see with binoculars. The reporters are closer I think, but not sure of that.
