Awww Bryan - I am sooooo sorry you are going through this with your child. It never ceases to amaze me what people do in the name of God!
Steven Hassan says as long as they are alive there is hope. That is what I hold onto with my mom. I also pray for her. Sometimes I wonder if they could ever leave and face all the horrible things they've done in their blindness. That's why I think its important to let my mom know that I'm not angry and she is forgiven (even though sometimes I'm so angry I can't sleep at night.)
