Yeah, I hear ya but I'm on a mission to have a huge tolerance by the December Fest, I must do my part eh? I'm normally a tea tottler too but have decided stress of daily life requires a little drink or two heck maybe three......cheersor should that be, lol
That sounds weird, is it green?
No. Kiwifruit loses its flavour and color and looks like cider. Nowhere near as good though, I probably won't make it again.
I'm now having a beer while I clean out the press. I just put down a 20 gallon batch of kiwifruit + sugar & water to put through the still to make a sort of grappa. Should be very nice in a coffee.
I'll take the coffee any day. Taste much better.
