Right on the money Simon. This is exactly what I was thinking. Nothing is concrete to these type of people. It almost if they regard themselves or see themselves as some type of abstract painting that can be changed over and over. Its sad that surgeons take advantage of people like this.
Most of them suffer from some sort of body dysmorhpic disorder.
