Was thinking that wOOt whas a silly - reserved to the Americans - word , but when even real Americans don't know the exact meaning, I feel less stupid.

I figured it was something very simple, although while I was trying to figure out what it meant, I found this:
"woot == root
when a hacker gets root access they yell root, sounds like woot"
So, that's why I was confused.
