ROTFL - I'm with RCat - Fosters they can't give it away LOL .. make mine Coopers Stout and lemonade (a Portagaff) .. it's winter and ther's snow on the peaks.

Foster's is pretty good by my taste. They have an extensive advertising campaign in the United States and that's likely part of the reason for the premium price.
Coor's is good for those who prefer a more pale beer. My favorite is Budweiser; it is brewed locally and the company has paid a great deal towards keeping its water source (a local river) clean for themselves and for everyone else.
Hey, if you want a good beer with bite in the USA, go get you some Shiner Bock, made in Texas. Coors is okay of you like your beer to taste close to plain water with yeast in it.

And as for Australian beer...you don't actually buy it, you merely rent it for a while and then give it back.
