When we had the blood cards, two witnesses had to see you sign it. If one turned around, then you'd have to sign another. This was BS. I also am a notary public and mentioned that one can notarize a document signed outside the presence of the notary if acknowledged by the signer to the notary. No go. I asked what law or official procedure they were quoting and got the evil eye from everyone. I guess you shouldn't have law training or ask questions and just obey!

I know you will say its BS, but here goes. I have let my blood card lapse many a times with out problem or reprisal. Maybe elders in you guys neck of the woods are hyper vigilent, but here they barely do sheparding calls, or pass out the kms in time, let-lone running up to see if you need them to watch you sign a piece of paper.

    XQs-

Sounds like if someone needed a place to fade, you have a great environment. A person could tell their family they're going to XQs congo, and nobody would ever say yes or no whether you go.

Maybe you could print up some bootleg blood cards and distribute them and we could flash them for discounts at the local beer hall.

So I know many people will sign out of habbit/benefits, but I wonder about this new optional idea. Is it really optional, and if it is why?

Over 99.9% of all dubs will sign without thinking for a single second. They have been well trained to obey god...aka WTBTS.

When they go to the book study...do you really think ANY OF THEM will have the ability to say NO.The cult is still in full control of their lives.

Last thought...If the WT quit printing tracts they could then call themselves...WT BS

Are you serious? What the heck is the point of a notary if they don't actually witness you signing the document??? Most notaries I know would never notorize something under those circumstances.
