When I was a teenager I used to have teenage female JW friend. Both our fathers were elders. It came out that her father was sexually abusing her and her sister while he was an elder.
My father has since left the JW due to doctinal issues, and after the abuse came public knowledge her mother took all the kids away and moved city and the father skipped off to Australia (and stopped being a JW of course)
My hall in Franklin, MA was pretty fun.
1. Elder Snotnose had an affair with his best friend's wife, Mrs. Wuzahomecomingqueen. The MS best friend had hired the elder to remodel a bathroom in his house. It sure seemed to take a long time. Elder Snotnose and Mrs Wuza were disfellowshipped, her for the second or third time. They both got divorced. They did the penance, got reinstated. Now they run an Inn in Vermont. Thinking of it just warms my cockles.
2. Another elder used to ride me a bit about my independant attitude. Of course he had also gone to college and he was going to be the one to tell me. He had this wonderful family, a loving wife and five boys. But was that enough? Not for old Jimbo! He got caught on a business trip, sharing a room with his administrative assistant. Sounds to me like he was servicing where the need was greater.
There must be more.
I knew an elder who was a pill popper. I caught an elder stealing from coats in the coat room. He got to the CO before I did. A body of elders took my sister at 1am to have a viginity (she was 14 at the time) check at a local hospital. One young sister in the CONG was caught kissing a worldly guy. Any sister that hung with her was given the test. My dad went along with the whole shambles for fear of losing his position in the CONG. Never mind the emotional health of his family.
I heard of an elder that was running a child pornagraphy ring with the young ones in the CONG. It all came to light when an elder's (a friend of mine from a different cong) daugther went to a neighbors house to get away from her brother who was forcing her to perform oral sex on him. Brother was 16, sister was 14. I can't even go into the cover up the society conducted over this whole affair. They sent BRO to a forgien country to avoid prosocution, disfellowshiped SIS to g keep her mouth shut. BRO was return and made a MS. That is when I said, enough is enough.
A married elder had an affair with a newly baptized sister. Both DFd.
Another elder was having an ongoing affair with a divorced sister in the hall. She was DFd and told to not let her kids come with others who were willing to pick them up. He was DFd but not for long. The last I heard he's an elder in another city.
Another single elder DFd for "unrepentant loose conduct" according to my inside source. But it leaked out from other sources to other people that the elder was homosexual and had attempted to seduce a couple of young brothers(of legal age). He denied it, but the two brothers who didn't like him to begin with testified against him. They had their two witnesses. It has been rumored since that the elder was set up and the two witnesses lied.
I knew of several elders who were shady businessmen. Didn't follow wage laws or file taxes, cheated the friends, used shoddy materials, the list goes on.
One Circuit Overseer who was somewhat a pain in the ass, very hard on the friends, opionated, generally disliked. Apparently he treated his wife much the same way he treated everyone else. She committed suicide.
In one congregation that I was in in upstate NY my ex who was being brought up before the body of elders for questionable business practices (which he did) cornered one of the elders about his practice of carrying 2 sets of books while he worked for the same company. Needless to say my ex did not get into any trouble.
In this same congregation there was an elder who was in his mid-30's who actively pursued a 17 year old female. He lost his position which I agreed he should have. At this time he was also very into internet porn and alcohol. But to my consternation less than 2 years later he is an elder again. From what I hear he has been approached to be a circuit overseer.
The question should be "Did any Elder not do anything questionable? The answer is: I only know of 2.

I totally agree, RCHP. I had post-partum depression twice (on meds both times). I really pissed me off when ppl would say "snap out of it".

Not really. This one elder only had an extra-marital affair, had a stack of dirty magazines in his locker at work, would question sisters to know end on subjects like their periods (I'm not joking), whether or not they enjoy sex, spys on people in the congregationand then probably whacks off,he's forced other elders and MS's to quit their full time (shiftwork) jobs because they were missing meetings, and where they had to support their families on far less (all for the greater glory).
I went through that at my JC when I was being DF'd for "fornication"--translation--going on a road trip with my then bf on my 18th b-day and enjoying every minute of being "legal".
Then they started asking, "how many times did you guys have sex, what kinda sex did you have, what motel did you stay in, etc."
I told them to get bent and go f*&k themselves; they'll have to do this with me in absentia, because if I stayed, people were going to be verbally assaulted. It just royally pissed me off at the time.

An elder coming out of the closet and leaving his family to be with his male lover was pretty questionable in our congregation, I would say
All the detail! You can see them getting off on it! Sick! Kind of reminds you of the garbage that the catholics did in the middle ages!
