You see a lot which looks like the affect where moving liquid carries away the very fine sand and leaves the larger grains or pebbles.

The Circle resembles a discarded tire. Obviously it isn't but something had to act as a mold to make something that close to being perfectly round. Bug

Looks like a very very fine dust to me.
I don't see any reflective characteristics and the surface is uneven.
You can also see all of the locations where they used their mass spectrometer to identify the molecules in the rocks. If that was water then they could just place the mass spectrometer on it and it would produce a reading indicating H2O or not.

The circle looks vaguely like a gas bubble in mud, kind of like when a bubble in a mud pot in Yellowstone Park bursts. There's another bubblish thing lower down in several of the photos.
