my kids are dying to see it since my oldest has read a couple of the books. I first saw the books at walmart and thought it would be something the kids would like. since funds are tight i may take them when the movie hits the dollar movie theather.

Jennie said she read one of the books, didn't like it, and neither child wanted to see the movie. HOWEVER, we "discovered" Harry Potter this weekend and had a blast watching all three movies. I just finished the first book and am looking forward to reading the others. VERY well done!
