It really is so nice to see everyone getting together. A Thai family in my city owns about 5 resturants in the 4-town area and in each resturant on Monday, ANY money (not just profits) made on that day will be sent for relief efforts. I may just get some cocoanut soup for lunch and donate a bit of whats left over from paying my late rent.

How about if we all print copies of the final totals donated from each country and post them to the doors of our local Kingdom Halls with a note written at the bottom saying......"See how worldly people love their neighbors. JW's only love (help) other JW's." -

Although it's touching to see such an out pouring of concern, iIt's a pity that it took a disaster of this magnitude to pull the world together. Maybe when that asteroid gets closer (1 in 62 chance of impact) we will finally have a common goal (mutual survival) and we will stop fighting one another.
