Mighty Auto Parts was JW owned at one time...don't know if they are now are not.
I know of at least two JWs who were in the cleaning business, invented a tool or system to help in their work, patented it and became rich off of it.

Many car sales men and door to door sales people.
door to door sales people.
I thought all JWs were door to door sales people
Darn, I wish I had kept my notes. My honey read me an article from Awake, last year I think, profiling a former engineer from NASA. Partway through the gruelling pace of getting to the moon, he started examining what is really important in life, and, you guessed it, he became a Jehovah's Witness. The article emphasized how FUTILE his efforts in the space program were.
I wondered if the gentleman feels the same way today.
I googled around a bit, and I found him. Darn, I wish I had kept my notes. He later got in to contract snow removal with his city, and still does seminars with private contractors on how to write up tenders for government work.
I wondered if the gentleman feels the same way today as he did back in the sixties. Was his choice worthwhile? In my more activist moments, I have considered writing him and asking him for his thoughts.
How about the ones who fake somekind of physical injury in order to fraudulently receive workman's compensation.I know of more than one, can't go to work, but never a problem to go fishing, playing hockey, travelling across the country....oh yeah, and getting 20+hours of service to set a good example and get a spiritual promotion.
Oh that picture reminded of how my little boys looked out in service. I had to buy three of those little book bags. My boys hated door to door work as they got older. Isn't it sickening how we conditioned our children to try and enjoy that baloney. My sons should have been playing in the dirt with their dump trucks instead of being stuffed in little suits with their books bags going in the door to door. I have apologized so often to my sons about this, but they just laugh and say it was ok I was brainwashed. LOL Boy was I.
My boys active JW Dad still works for Rug Doctor.
My JW nephew cleans pools and offices and barely scrapes by at times. It it wasn't for the decent job his wife has they would never make it.
I am trying so hard to get my youngest son who is 17 to go on to college after high school. But we never put any money back for college so he will have to work to put himself through school. And really I don't know if he has the drive to do that. Time will tell.

There's this JW "sister" who always stops by with the latest, and one time she had this lady with her who started to talk to me about my involvement with horses. I offered her tickets to the Scottsdale All Arabian Horse Show, you know just ot be nice, give her something to dream about, whatever.
2 Weeks later I get a phone call, about how wonderful it is that I know horses and she doesn't know anything about horses, and she had friend on the phone with her (3 way) who was into the Tahitian Noni, and how it helped everyone in their families, cured of Cancer, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Depression, Warts and Bad Attitude, and they were using it on Horses...
...Could she send me some information?
Once, a long time ago. we were invited to a witness get together. No mention was made of it being anything but a frienldy get together. Really good food and everyone was so friendly. Then we found out it was either amway or skalee, can't remember and when we said we did not want to get involved-we were escorted out. I mean the bums rush. Not even a thank u for dropping by. we were very surprised at the time. but not now.
In our dub life we did not know many people who had cleaning, etc. Most were high end real-estate brokers, builders of multi million $$ houses, large commercial roofing firms, and lots of execs in large fortune 500 companies. Oh yeah, and a coupla Chiropractors.
I ran across an old picture of my husband and daughter with is family at a convention. Just noticed there was a little dubbie man in the background on his hands and knees washing the wall of the field house the conv. was held in. Never knew that was a traditional dub job.
oops...double post
